The all-inclusive Valuable Retreat includes travel, accommodation, food and drink, and activities, all for a one-off fee. It is the stress-free choice for a retreat without surprise costs where you simply enjoy the pleasures and experiences along the way.
While there is no specific dress code, we advise you to pack the following; comfortable appropriate indoor clothes, outdoor wear, gym/swim wear and formal wear for the Saturday night private dinner. More information on this will be sent in the Welcome Pack alongside the itinerary for the weekend once you have purchased your ticket.
Yes, there will be a return coach with a pickup and dropoff location from London. However, if you are travelling from outside of London there are many transport links to access the venue. The nearest train station is Long Buckby which is seven miles away and has connections to mainline stations including London Euston, Birmingham International and Birmingham New Street. The nearest airports are Birmingham International and East Midlands, which are both approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Yes, complimentary car parking is available for all registered retreat attendees for the duration of the event.
Attendance is compulsory for sessions marked as mandatory, while other sessions are optional and will be communicated on the day. To gain the most from the retreat, we strongly recommend attending all mandatory sessions. If you're unable to participate due to health concerns or other reasons, rest assured that our team and the hotel staff will make the necessary accommodations to ensure your well-being.
All guests will be accommodated in spacious twin rooms with separate beds, paired with someone of the same gender. Should you prefer the privacy of a single room, this can be arranged for an additional fee of £75 for the duration of your stay. Please contact retreat@valuablecommunity.com to make the switch.
In the event that the retreat is cancelled, full refunds will be issued. In the event that the retreat is postponed, rest assured the new date and details will be communicated accordingly.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend please do let us know as soon as you can. We will work with you to find a replacement and potentially issue a full or partial refund, at our discretion, depending on the day we receive notice.
There are limited spaces for this retreat. Therefore, we only intend on having a single ticket release. In the event, we can expand capacity we will communicate this.
